I always enjoyed writing, even when the type of corporate writing I did at the start fed the bank account more than the soul. But the turning point came during my brief acting career when studying at the Lee Strasberg Institute, I took up scriptwriting as part of my scholarship. It was then that I came to appreciate that while the saying, “If it ain’t on the page, it ain’t on the stage.” rang true, the real truth was that a good actor, a good voice, and a good soul brought even poorly chosen words to life. But today, no matter the type of writing I do, my soul is fed and, hopefully, the reader is changed...for the better.

Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing.

…for me, the “great resignation” is about companies being hopelessly resigned to ignoring the current situation and living in the past, waiting for the “old normal” to return.
